Simplify Your Medical Practice Setup in Luxembourg
Once you have received your authorization to practice, the next step is to obtain a provider code from the Social Security (CNS). To do this, send an email to the following address: [ gefo.cns@secu.lu ]( mailto: gefo.cns@secu.lu ).
I am often asked who my service providers and bank are...
Here are my recommendations based on my personal experience:
Bank :
I am with BGL, which offers a highly responsive service for independent professionals. Contact them directly for more information: [ centre-professionsliberales-regioncentre@bgl.lu ]( mailto: centre-professionsliberales-regioncentre@bgl.lu ).
Appointment Booking and Online Visibility:
For appointment management and online visibility, I recommend Doctena.lu**. Contact Manon Lauri for more information: [ manon.lauri@doctena.com ].
Payment Terminal:
With all due respect to BGL and co. banks often have defined partners for payment terminals, but I chose Servipay, an independent MADE IN LUX company.
They offer excellent installation and after-sales service. Contact them here: [ et@servipay.eu ].
Professional liability insurance:
For my professional liability insurance, I'm with LALUX. My contact, Raphaël Mediouni, takes care of his clients like family. You can reach him at: [ raphael.mediouni@agence.lalux.lu ].
Website and Content:
For everything related to my website and content, I used PC3.
You can contact them via their website: [PC3 Creative]( https://www.pc3creative.com/contact ).
I hope this has been helpful and that the explanations are clear. However, please note that these recommendations are based on my personal experience and I cannot be held responsible for any errors or problems encountered during your registration/setup as a doctor. For more information, please refer to the official websites, which are always up to date.
